mixed experience, some issues noted
small room early morning noise
The room was smaller than expected for a suite. it felt cramped, especially with luggage. also, there were some noise issues early in the morning. I could hear staff activity quite clearly from my room. this.

The riad was indeed super clean, just as the photos suggested, i noticed the staff ensured all my needs were met! the breakfast included many things, and the local advice was helpful. mohamed in particular, took excellent care of me. I really appreciated that.
the tea or coffee in the room was not refilled every day. that was a shame.

The location was central, near the souk. This made exploring the area quite easy. it allowed quick access to various attractions. it was a bit tricky to find, though it added to the charm.

the breakfast provided a good start to each day with ample choices. the staff addressed our needs promptly and professionally i found this very helpful.
the room cleaning could have been more thorough i noticed some areas were overlooked. the kettle in the room looked old.

the staff was friendly. they always tried to help when they could.
my room wasnt very clean. i noticed some mold in the bathroom. there werent many toiletries provided either like a decent water kettle or good coffee.

attentive staff rooftop terrace quiet escape immaculate room
i found the staff attentive they anticipated my needs with such grace and warmth. the rooftop terrace was a true sanctuary offering a quiet escape with lovely views i enjoyed the mint tea served there. my room was always immaculate a testament to the meticulous housekeeping staff it felt so inviting.
